Shinsei Vietnam Engineering was established in 2007 with the initial purpose of reducing costs for the parent company. Guided by the parent company, it has only data input skills for 2D and 3D CAD and experience in simple tasks through the orders and supervision of expatriate Japanese engineers. How-ever, after many ups and downs, Vietnamese engineers’ skills have made significant progress and are now equivalent to Japanese engineers.

We believe that the era of operations aimed at cost reduction has passed. In Japan today, the short-age of human resources due to changes in work styles and differences in how value is recognized has become a serious social issue. We believe that we are the solution to address this issue effectively.

We believe that together we can move towards a future with shared values.
