Shinseigiken was established in 1987 in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Japan with the vision of a company specializing in CAD engineering. Until 2022, Shinseigiken has 5 more branches: the Osaka branch, the representative office in Kobe, the Rokkasho branch, the Tokai office; and the Shinsei Vietnam branch in Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam.

Shinsei Group’s business field:

Engineering: application of 3D technology for the basic and detail design of the piping system; equipment and structures; collect and reconstruct 3D models for industrial buildings using laser scanner technology.
Stress analysis: thermal and vibration stress analysis for piping and structure, develop countermeasures.
System development: develop software and tools to support the design work.
Human resource service: send engineers with various experience and skills to work at the customer office.

Our Founder, Mr. Hisashi Fujii from SHINSEIGIKEN, the parent company, was impressed by the Vietnamese people and market to start this company.
